4 Tomatoes – seeds removed and diced
1/2 Red Onion – finely diced
1 Jalapeno Pepper – ribs and seed removed and finely diced
2 tsp Garlic – minced
1/2 cup Cilantro Leaves – rough chopped
1 Lime – juiced
Salt & Pepper
Combine all of the above ingredients and let sit while you make the burgers. If you prefer a smoother salsa, pulse in a food processor until desired consistency. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge.
Turkey Burgers

Taco Turkey Burger - 21 Day Fix Approved Recipe
1lb Ground Turkey
1/4 c Southwest Seasoning
1 tbsp Garlic – minced
Combine the above ingredients, being careful not to over mix, as this will result in a gummy and tough patty. Divide the turkey mixture into four and shape into patties. Cook on each side about 3-4 minutes on the griddle.
Top with the Fresh Salsa to serve.
Makes 4 Servings

Serving Suggestion: Top with a quarter of an avocado, sliced, and serve on a toasted Sandwich Thin bun. 1 Yellow, 1 Blue
